James Tisdel - President-CEOMr. Tisdel has spent his career in executive management developing and expanding businesses and professional staff for major consumer product and Internet technology companies, including Sara Lee, Unilever, 7UP USA, and Coca Cola Bottlers. Prior to joining IST, Jim was involved in building icontact, a start-up company in the eCRM market from two customers to a $40 million valuation and merging it in 1999 with !hey, inc., located in Boston, MA. He also brought together and implemented the first trade marketing department for Unilever's food company Van den Bergh Foods and guided the group for five years before turning his attention to technology and the Internet. Jim's functional experiences include roles in department and staff development, product development, marketing and sales, with all of the responsibilities typical of these disciplines. He has been a guest speaker at several industry events and conferences. Jim earned his BA from Michigan State University and was a founding Board of Directors member of the Personalization Consortium.  John Robertson - Vice President Business DevelopmentMr. Robertson is known and highly respected in the CRM / Contact Center Industry. His work includes an impassioned focus on all technology and operational capabilities for direct customer contact strategies. Mr. Robertson has spent several years directly consulting to major companies throughout North America specializing in process, technology, quality improvement and organizational redesign. Through his consultative and diagnostic reviews, he has helped clients with projects involving flexible system design and integration, business process enhancement, and software and Web application. Prior to joining IST, Mr. Robertson held senior management and operational positions in Tier 1 supplier and OEM companies; Edcor, Consulting Resource Associates. Mr. Robertson is a member of Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals (SOCAP), Incoming Call Management Institute (ICMI), Call Center Network Group (CCNG) and the Customer Contact Strategy Forum (CCSF). He also is a Certified Quality Auditor and an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor in software development. He is a frequent guest speaker and lecturer at national technology and CRM/CEM conferences. Kevin Klawon - Chief Technology OfficerMr. Klawon was Lead Engineering Architect at !heyinc, joining through !heyinc's acquisition of icontact.com. At icontact.com, the company that invented proactive web chat, Kevin led the deployment and integration of the product line into the top enterprise customers, such as IBM, Hewlett Packard, Marriott, and Outpost.com. Kevin also architect and engineered new product features which in turn created the opportunity for new patents. He was responsible for and created the integrated source code for the Platform for Privacy Preferences (P3P) into the icontact product suite making it one of the first eCRM packages to be P3P compliant worldwide. Kevin began his career as Senior Engineering Consultant at the R&D division of NCR, where he was the principle architect and team leader to produce realtime credit card validation of puchases made at point-of-sale terminals which was deployed to customers JCPenny, Kohl's, Ross, and numerious others. While at NCR, Kevin taught various classes on C++, OO design and product intergration at various NCR locations worldwide. Kevin is a Sun Certfied Programmer and an active member of the Java User Group. John Siverling - Chief Financial OfficerMr. Siverling worked for Frank Russell Capital, a private equity firm, where he completed a consulting project analyzing the private equity industry and managing a globally recognized survey on trends in the industry. John began his career with General Motors Cadillac Motor Car Division and held various sales and marketing management positions in Detroit, Denver and San Francisco. He is also a partner at Sloan Ventures, where his responsibilities include portfolio company management, administration of the Sloan Investment Fund I, and leading market potential research and business plan development, including financial projections. John has been involved in the development of a number of the Sloan Ventures portfolio companies, including Rubicon Genomics, Verity Biosystems and Telephonic Signatures LLC. John currently sits on the Board of Verity Biosystems LLC in addition to his role at IST.
